Go Photog Yourself began as an off-line, informal photography club. The kind where you have to print up photos and bring them to share in person. But printing out photos is so 2005. We decided to take this blogging trend head on! Photos are posted monthly (or when we feel like posting them) and they are organized by theme. Enjoy!

what is pix 1, the spiky looking shell?
It's a piece of coral from the Cook Islands. My dad stole it...and while that makes me sad that he took it, I love it. I think it's a beautiful example of how nature can be beautiful and symmetrical. I took this shot in my parent's back yard in the shade at around 1:30 in the afternoon. It made for good shadows.
